Having used Amsoil 5W-30 synthetic oil (25,000 mile oil) in the motor home for a number of years, I change every fall, whether it needs it or not. Also grease the chassis at the same time. Then the MH begins it's long winter nap.

My ford manual says to change every 5000 and to use 5-20 synthetic oil
