Why do you need to change the plugs so soon. Is it running bad or getting bad mileage? 43K is not a lot of miles.

I know 43K ain't bad but when I pull out of NY this fall I will be on the road for 1 1/2 yrs. I just figured that it is a lot easier at the brick & mortor where I have a ton of tools if needed. Besides the cost is small and I plan doing a lot of other things.. fuel filter .. belt and maybe hoses.. just sorta in case....

What is the engine V8 or V10? I take it your coach may be a class A? If so it could be on a 1999 Ford chassis.
In any case if it is the modular type Ford motor with aluminum heads. If so, do not go at this too lightly, there can be expensive consequences if not done right.
You'll find people with experience here Ford Trucksthat will help you with instructions and photos.

2001 chassis .. class A The cost is so low to check and change the plugs it is a why not. Just looking for experience with various brands of plugs. Some engines favor one brand or other.. some plugs don't seem to work well in other engines. Bosch, Champ, AC, whatever ..anyone have any preferences?

I did it to mine a few mo. back. Just for peace of mind you read about the V-10 spitting plugs and I just wanted make sure they were tight.
I used Motorcraft the originals were AWSF22E which are now superseded by a new plug AGSF22WM. Rechecked after a few thousand miles, was an easy job and glad I did it, use anti-seize when installing the new plugs.
