Pump location??

Hi all,
My neighbors 1999 34ft .Tiffin Allegro
CFCMF53S7XJA24363 VIN
I'm pretty sure the fuel pumps bad.
Did the pressure test on the Schrader valve and found NO pressure.
Problem is!!! I need to locate the fuel pump.
Don't know if it's in the tank or it's located somewhere else??

I changed the filter on the main frame rail.
There is a thing located right in front of the filter.
It looks like the return lines go to it??

Any help, pics included would sure be appreciated.

Thanks,Jerry

It would be inside the tank on the 1999 F53 with a V-10.
I take it the first letter should be a 1 and not a C on the vin.

Might want to check the pump relay before going into the tank.
