Rear sway bar CHF, bushings and shocks

I have replaced front sway bar and shocks. I would like to replace the rear shocks, rear sway bar bushing with poly. and do the CHF to the rear.
My 2008 chassis, 26P Vista needs to know the part number for Koni shocks and part number for poly. bushings.
Would someone provide me with information. Thanks in advance.

There are all sorts of poly bushings on Ebay but the bushings from Skuterdude are a proven item on thousands of F53. Including my F53

Good advice from HH. I know for a fact that his bushings are better than Fords. We have a 2013 chassis with poly bushings and when I took the rear brackets off my stock bushings were torn.

Here are some pics proving my point. The top pic shows the tear at the top. The cut on the side is how I removed the stock bushings. Stock ones are solid and aftermarket are spit so they can be replaced without taking the entire SB off.
