Rear sway bar for Georgie Boy

I have been on this site for quite some time and looked all over including Ebay and I can't find a 36CM or 1-7/16" bushing for my 2004 Ford, V10 sway bars.

Are you absolutely sure that the sway bar is that large??? Because this seems to be a fairly large size sway-bar bushing (1-7/16" - 36-CM) and does not appear to be very common I'd re-check my measurements. Did you measure the sway-bar with a dial caliper or just use a tape and eye-ball it???

I don't know your background or mechanical experience but using a dial caliper is really the best way to get an accurate size. You don't need an expensive dial caliper but it is designed to measure inside and outside diameters and will give you a much more accurate measurement. I've even used plastic ones given away at trade shows and they will work.

Is that an OEM or after market sway bar? If OEM then take data to Ford and get their info to purchase some after market poly bushings.
