This is a 2001 Winnebago Adventurer on a Ford chassis. I had a rear brake failure and had to replace one rotor and both calipers. I need to know the torque procedure for the spindle nut. It is a 2000 Dana 135 it has an eight sided nut caged with the washer that has groves against the nut that makes it sound like a ratchet or gas cap. I think it may be a torque spec and then back off so many clicks.

Thank you, that may help. It said;
Torque to 70 ft/lb back off 90 degrees and torque to 18 ft/lb max rotational torque should be 20 in/lb. The nut is a ratcheting self locking nut sometimes they come apart but they do snap back together.
