replace water pump on f 53

I need to replace my leaking water pump on my 1994 F53 Bounder 460.Has anyone done this themself ? Would the best way be from the front removing oil coolers,ac condensor, radiator, to get to fan, shroud and finaly pump? O r perhaps from the bottom, removing cross support brace for radiator this way would probaby kill my back.I spoke with someone who changed his on the road from the top ,by laying over the engine without touching the radiator seems impossible.Anyone changed the clutch fan that must be fun too.
