Replacement fuel tank for '97 F53

Hi all, The original 75 gallon fuel tank on my 1997 Aerbus class A motorhome,which is built on a Ford F53 chassis, is leaking at the rear welded seam. Before I drop it and attempt to seal it with a POR15 sealer, I thought I might consider replacing the tank. Does anyone know the Ford part number? Does anyone know if they are still available from Ford? Any assistance that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would take it to a welding shop and have it re welded or braised.

Yeah, that is most likely what I'm going to do but I thought I'd see if a Ford replacement is available and the cost for fun. Thanks.
