I just bought a SC11 for my Ford 2004 F53 Damon Daybreak. I can't seem to find the OBD connector to plug it in. I know it's under the dash somewhere around the steering column. Anybody has any idea where I should be looking?

I am sure it could be anywhere, but on our Ford it is on the right side of the steering column just behind the tilt knuckle shroud. It has a dust cover on it that might make it harder to see, but it should be in that general area! Good hunting!!

Doghauler is right. Mine was also on the right side of the steering wheel and it too was covered by a cap.

Ford delivers the chassis to the MH builder with the OBD plug screwed to the right side steering support column. It has a two foot lead (wire) so the builder can move it, if their dash installation will cover it. It will be within 18 in. of the steering column. Right or left side. If you find it is in a hard to get to place, you can unscrew it and move it easily.

Mine is just under the bottom edge of the dash about 12 inches to the right of the steering column. It was also covered with a cap. I've got mine to display water temp, tranny temp, real time mpg and avg. mpg.
