I just serviced my 1999 chassis v/10, lube and oil change. When entering it in the record book I noticed my 60,000 mile service would be next.
It said that spark plug replacement was due at this time. I plan to take it to a Ford truck center to have this done. So--prior to taking it there would it be wise for me to squirt each plug with some penetrating oil.
Also what if one of the plugs is seized and the mechanic messes up the threads. Whose dime is the fix on. Fords or mine?

RCtime,
I think it would be unnecessary to use any type of penetrating oil for your plugs. I've never encountered any problems with any plug being seized. I suspect any fluid or oil would cook and dry up by the time you got to the service center, possibly negating any benefit. But others may have a different point of view or experience.

I do suggest if you have a compressor avialable with a blow-gun, to blow out around each plug just prior to leaving for the dealer to have them change the plugs....a little prevention to keep debris from falling down in each cylinder. I don't know if the mechs do this prior to pulling the plugs.
