That's the ones I usually use. Summit racing often has them on sale. The ford ones have a problem with the "boot" aria breaking down thus letting the spark out!

I finally fixed my problem, by installing a new set of plugs. the old plugs were original with only 30k on them when it started bucking. I looked the plugs over with a magnifying glass and found a crack in the insulator, which was really hard to see.

Drove 300 miles with 10 new coils that cost $36.00 including freight. No misses and no problems so far.

Where did you get 10 coils for $36 ??

eBay. Well, I told a story, they were $39.90. But again, that is shipping included. All I did was put the Ford oem part number in.

I just ordered 10 on line for less than what Ford charged me for one. On my Bounder the tech was very happy he could get to them easily. They still charged me $200 labor and $80 for the coil. It took him a total of 20 minutes. I will be doing my own from now on. Thanks.
