What to do as far as maintainance?

Bought a 92 Gulfstream 3 years agoIt had 34,000 miles on it and a Ford 460 drivetrain. I store it 80 miles away from where I live and basically don't see it much. In the winter, Dec Jan I take it 1400 miles down south, towing a car, live in it 3 or 4 months and drive it back to storage .
I change the oil with synthetic with filter. I have a 15w plug in solar panel and the motorhome starts right up.
I have done no other work on it. This year I plan to change the fuel filter and don't know if I should leave well enough alone or do other work. It runs like a top, shifts properly, the brakes are good and now everything works as it should, even the engine A/C. I drive it 3 days twice a year and don't do anything else driveline wise. Would any of you do anything else?
Thanks

Fresh brake fluid.
Fresh coolant.
Fresh gear oil in the rear axle.
Granted you don't have a lot of miles on it but at 25 years old all those fluids are tired and contaminated.

#1 Change all 5 brake hoses. #2 Change all coolant hoses. 25 year old rubber is an accident waiting to happen.

Everything rubber probably needs replacing (hoses, belts).
How are shocks and suspension bushings?
All the suspension fitting greased regularly?

Don't forget to clean and repack the grease in the front wheel bearings. Don't ask me how I know I forgot to do then?!?!

Thanks all, Fortunately I have every single paper from the original owner that has been done to the motorhome, all hoses belts and fluids have been done 1 year before he sold it. I have all the paperwork from all the systems, and the original bill of sale, tires are 8 years old and have no sidewall cracking and 90% or more tread on the tires. I just put on a new roof.

Sounds like you got a well maintained RV.
The 8 year old tires are about at the end of their life regardless of cracking, tread. You might consider replacing at least the fronts sooner rather than later.

Your coach sits a lot, cool nights and warm days creates sweating and that accumulates in the oils (You may consider changing out brake fluid for DOT 5 fluid since it sits a lot). Sounds like you have a M/H that me or others would envy with the miles and maint done by the PO. Kudo's to you for all the work into it at this point. Mine has sat since 2009 (not even started) and I am going to replace a lot of things to numerous to mention in this post.

Basically I blew a piston in 1997 with our last one, and needed a new engine, once the coach is off to the garage for 1 week, you cannot do anything in a motel on your vacation. My wife is very skeptical now we have another one (1997) so I am going over the top for maintenance, (I already replaced the roof last year). Picked up 2 brand new tires for Free, that's a start, blow outs can cause serious damage, your tires life is over, you need new ones.
Regards, Marv
