What transmission do I have?

Hi All:
I have a 94 Tioga with an E350 chassis. I did a VIN check and it says I have a 3 speed automatic transmission. How can I tell which model I have and manufacturer?

Thanks

Most likely, it is a Ford C-6 transmission. The Ford data plate should give you the information you are seeking. Can't say where it is located though, usually it is on the door sill somewhere.

The only three speed automatic that it could possibly be is a Ford C6.

The "E" code under TRANS means that is a four speed overdrive electronically controlled E4OD transmission, also made by Ford Motor Company.
