Windshield Washer Reservoir replacement (Dolphin 1997)

Hello all

I'm having an issue now with our MH Dolphin 1997. Our windshield washer reservoir broke. To dry I think and a big hole inside. The motors still working fine.

Now, I was wondering, where can I order the reservoir or where can I see what model I need.

I've tried to google windshield Washer reservoir dolphin 1997 and nothing really. So I was wondering if you can help me with this one. Maybe it's all the same too...

Thanks for the info.

Do you have the VIN? Is it an F53?

I have had relatively decent luck with ROCKAUTO.com on all except air conditioner parts. I research the part number there, then see if it's cheaper on Amazon.

Rock shows the original part as #E7TZ17618B, with a Doorman replacment of 603212, and $29.99

Amazon lists the original part (#E7TZ17618B) at 58.43, with the Doorman (603-212)being 39.95

My local O'Reilly lists the Doorman at 44.99

With shipping from Rock included, if you have Prime, AMazon probably wins.

giguer,

You really don't need an exact replacement. It's just a plastic bottle, pump run by 12-volts. You've got the pump that works just find any decent sized bottle and fit your pump on it and and just mount it on the firewall.

Check the RV salvage yards around the US.

Fit a plastic bag into the broken bottle.

The windshield washer system is a motorhome mfg. installed item. Ford has nothing to do with it. Remove the tank and go to the car parts house (NAPA, autozone, genuine parts, etc.) and get a replacement from them.

Not a Ford item

My 97 Dolphin has a VERY large coolant reservoir, the Rock Auto unit is a Ford combo Coolant / washer reservoir not correct. Definitely uses an aftermarket unit. Here's a photo of mine. Looks like part ACI 99300 is a match. Check eBay or Amazon.
