Looking at 43' Camelot and Allegor Bus... I known about the Bus because I just sold my 05 40' model. It was a great coach with the IFS, but looking to move up to a 43' tag... I know the 43' Allegro is a good coach but not sure about the Monico Camelot (no IFS), will I be downgrading without the IFS front end? Can anyone shed any light on the 43' Camelot? Any information about the Camelot will be most appreiciated.... Thanks

if you like the IFS ,i don't think you will like the axle on a monaco. however with the 8 air bag and 8 shock system you can't beat the ride and control.

I have an 07 42 PDQ Scepter, sister to the Camelot. This coach is outstanding very few minor problems, the ride and handeling are also outstanding. I also looked at the Allegro Bus, and Dutch star, The kitchen and the counter space was the deciding factor, I also felt it handled a littel better. I hope this helps...Bruce

I have a 42 Camelot PDQ. I was choosing between it and the A-Bus. To me, the ride and handling were pretty much the same. The Bus has an engine brake vice an exhaust brake on the Camelot. I liked the layout of the Camelot better. One thing that bugged me on the Bus was that I couldn't get the footrest all the way up on the pass seat and extend my legs without hitting the dash. The Bus had a dishwasher drawer that the wife liked. They are both good coaches IMHO.
