My compressor seized while being serviced for low coolant. Now I am told I need at least a new compressor and drier to the tune of about $1200. Can this be true? My MH is a 1997 Holiday Rambler, Navigator. When I parked it the AC worked fine, but after sitting for over a year, it just blew air temperaure air, no cooling. Who makes the engine AC system?

I just recharged the A/C yesterday and the price of the new compressor, 1 can of compressor oil, and 5 cans of 134 (only needed 3 cans)was $446.00. I took the old one off and went to the local parts house and they had one the next day. If you want to call me my # is 509-531-7548.
Thanks Mike
