Alcoa Alum Wheels

I have a 2008 Safari Simba, 35', Cat diesel powered. It currently has steel wheels and I'd like to switch to alloys. There are two different metric patterns and I'm not sure which is correct for this coach. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an 07 hr Neptune and was like you wanting to change over to aluminum wheels. I ended up doing so at a local big truck servicing shop. They had the aluminum Alcoa wheels in stock. I don't remember them being 2 different metric patterns but maybe so. The ones on mine were the same pattern as what the big rigs use. I think any truck or rv shop specializing in Alcoa wheels will have the bolt pattern that your coach has. Sorry I can't give an exact answer to your question.

Be careful. The aluminum wheel have a thicker center then the steel wheels. Check that the studs will be long enough. Stan

There are hub pilot, and stud pilot wheels as well as different diameters and widths. Hub pilot wheels center on the hub while stud pilot wheels center on the studs.

Your coach should have a sticker on the wall near the drivers seat that will give you the diameter and width as well as tire size. That's a good start. Then pull the center cap and 1 lug nut off to determine stud or hub pilot and the bolt pattern.
Hub Pilot vs. Stud Pilot Wheels

A set of 4 wheels with lug nuts and center caps will run $1400-$2000 plus shipping and mounting.

It appears that stud piloted wheels use a flange type lug nut.

Accuride Wheels are as nice as Alcoa but way less money. I had 4 Accuride Wheels installed on our 02 Monaco Diplomt including the front ones balanced $ 1200 (Canadian ). The front studs are usually long enough , the rear you would have to change if you want to replace the inner steel rims as well. Check Peterbilt , Kenworth or Freightliner Truck Stores they may have specials sales on aluminum wheels.
