Where is the hole at on the tank? I had one and taped it and sealed it with a small stainless fitting with sealant. Depending on where you hole is?

I drilled and tapped at the hole and then threaded the stainless fitting in the hole I tapped. Have you searched on eBay for overflow tanks?

Would a J-B Weld / Plastic Weld repair work? Found a few different products with Google and YouTube. -RT

If its the same coolant recovery tank that all Monaco diesel pushers use you can buy a steel replacement. Veurinks RV supply has a steel replacement tank for $399. If I read the website correctly it's a direct replacement and they have them in stock.

Source engineering also has an aluminum replacement but I think it's a few $$ more.

I have the 05 Safari Cheetah and noticed the plastic tank is "sagging" away from whatever the support is supposed to be. I appears that the mounting is to a composite board, that has slumped about 20 degrees to aft. I can't see what's behing the board. Has anyone experienced this? Phil

Beaver Sales and Service in Bend OR is the "go-to" place for most Beaver parts. I don't know if the plastic one I replaced with steel is the same as what you need but it was a relatively easy job and it completely ended the slow loss of coolant which I had experienced for years.

There are those who can weld plastic-few and far between maybe because their talents are use mainly for the printed circuit board industry (dip tanks). If you have such nearby, it may be worth a try. Remember, its a pressure vessel and must contain cooling system pressure (7psi on my C13)
