My dynasty has a fuse for the compressor clutch. it is located in rear run panel on passenger side. I gave up on it. Just run generator.

AC Dash Air Conditioner with notes.pdf

Here is the schematic for mine. Most should be very close. The compressor is supplied power by the same relay that runs the fan on mine.

My fan motor had shorted and was taking out the 20 amp fuse intermittently. Taking the motor apart was easy and I found the short. It has been working for a year now.

Scroll over the yellow post it notes and information should pop up.
If the lines of the schematic are a bit fuzzy try holding down the ctrl key and hit the number 5. It sharpens things up on my computer for some reason.
