Does the 2004 and later Beaver Patriot (Roadmaster M10S and M8S chassis) have IFS

Does the 2004 or 2005 (or later) Beaver Patriot have Independent Front Suspension (IFS)? This is the Roadmaster M10S (tag axle) and M8S chassis.

I can't find any mention of IFS in the brochures.
Beaver went to Disc brakes in 2004.

Roadmaster by Monaco has a semi monocoque suspension with 4 air bags supporting an H frame. It isn’t IFS like other coaches use. If you google “Monaco Roadmaster chassis videos” you will find the answer to your question

Thanks for the advice - I found the info I was looking for. Google is our friend.

So NO IFS on Roadmaster chassis - they say in the "Roadmaster video" that they believe their "H"beam design with the outboard mounted air bags at each corner is better than an IFS setup.

Country Coach had models available with IFS, but as you say Monaco always claimed their Roadmaster system was better. Back in 2004 I test drove a new Imperial, a new Dynasty and a new Country Coach Intrigue at an RV show. I really did not see an improvement from the IFS. I think the tag axle actually made the biggest difference as the Dynasy did not poroise up and down on the concrete freeway strips.

The problem with IFS is the cost to service parts when they wear out.
