additional information - Sender is reading correctly so has to be a module inline, a correction or the guage I would assume.

I had this problem on a 2002 Monaco Diplomat. Cleaned the teminals going to the sending unit on the side of the motor and that fixed it. Guess there was a little corrosion causing the bad readings.

On the erratic oil pressure I found that one connector on the sender has corrision on it. Mine would move to maximium oil pressure and move back some times to 60 lbs and back to 120. The engine oil pressure was within limits.
