Yes it can, e mail mcctech@monacocoach.com. at Monaco and give your coach year and SN and they will send you the correct ride height.

If'n you crawl under there to adjust the ride-height, BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL of what you touch or adjust as it could cause the coach to decide to lower itself without warning. I believe there's a note about that somewhere in the manual.

I was also talking to a Monaco tech at the service-center recently and he recounted about a guy that was almost smushed while fiddling with the height lever and it dropped down on the suspension (this may be a MythBuster's tale, but does serve as a heads-up in any case).
