I have an 06 Monaco Knight that I plan on changing the oil, I was told by Happy Campers Service Center in MS that there are 2 oil filters, I found the large one, does anyone know where the 2nd one is?

Suzzanne,

I assume you have a Cummins ISB. I have never heard of 2 oil filters unless someone added an after market system but that is very uncommon on a motorhome. It is pretty common to have 2 fuel filters however. Google Fumoto valve before you do your first oil change. If you add this valve it will simplify the oil change chore. I applaud your willingness to try this. Get a grease gun and lube the chassis zerks while you are under there. The fittings on the driveshaft yoke and universal joints should be greased twice a year.

You should have the "C" engine, but I think it still has only one oil filter.. I think I would change shops if they don't know anymore about your rig than that.. You should have two fuel filters, maybe that's what they were thinking..
Mike..

I have a 2006 HR Ambassador, same RV and same engine the Cummins 330 ISC, one oil filter, the filter is a 2 stage, maybe thats what they meant?
It hold about 2 quarts of oil so make sure they fill it first before installing it.
The oil pan valve is a great tool! (Fumoto) or Quick change valve.
