Jerry. that is an indiaction that the height adjustment valve is malfunctioning on the drivers side. The valve is actually located just forward of your drive axle. I would do a visual inspection and make sure the rod is still attached to the valve. That valve is not used in level mode. The fact that it holds in level mode indicates that the bags and air system is not leaking. What year is your Sig?

Jerry, I did some more research on the "Travel Mode" of the leveling system. There is not a single fuse that can cause the drivers side to be down. There are separate air solenoids for the "Travel" mode than for the leveling mode, two in the front manifold, two in the rear manifold, and two in the tag axle manifold. These are fused in pairs for each axle so a fuse cannot cause the motorhome to be down on just one side in travel mode. It is possible for the drivers side front or rear travel air solenoid to be bad or to have a bad connection in the plug. Each one of these solenoids has its own separate plug. The way the diagram shows it the air for the left rear bags comes from the tank and goes through the Height Control Valve and then through the Travel Air Solenoid to the bags.

So again it could be a malfunctioning Height Control Valve on the left rear or it can be the Travel Air Solenoid for the left rear maybe not working.

I have both the Operators Manual and the Technical Manual for that HWH Leveling System in .pdf format and can email them both to you if you email me at mike.c@mindspring.com. The other thing is that the HWH Company is one of the most responsive and helpful companies out there and they are really will leed you step by step in troubleshooting.

My bet would be still that the left rear Height Control Valve has the greatest odds of causing the problem. Like I said earlier to take a look at it and make sure the rod or something hasn't broken on it. In my Signature factory manual there is a good picture of what the valve looks like. Look up Height Control Valves in the index in the back of the manual. You will see in the picture that the there are several pivot points and a rod and a lever which could be loose or in a bind. If you put the Sig in Travel with the key on and move that lever or rod then you on a good valve you should hear the air starting hissing and the MH start to change height. It doesn't change height fast so it is fairly safe to do it but like I said earlier it will make your heart jump. I haven't done it but you can probaly move that top long lever with a broom handle without getting under the MH.
