Hi everybody, new guy here. I just installed side docking lights on my 2002 monaco windsor MH. They work fanstatic, monaco factory wiring was already at the four wheel wells. I installed LED surface mount lights, easy install. The wiring diagrams from my monaco manual was a great help. Anybody interested I would be glad to help. The rear lights project at a angle to the rear and the front lights up the whole side area.
Thanks

That is great, good to hear your installation went well. I really like the docking lights on our coach.

How about some pictures----nice to have the wiring in place--I am considering this upgrade ---what kind of lights did you select and from where---any links you can share?

I would love to see pictures or find what lights you used. My 08 Hr has large round docking lights that shine out at an angle. Useless for lighting up the rear of the rv so I would like to add a couple more in the back.

Ditto hear as well. I would like to add some rear lights also. My side lights do ok for the sides but if there is an LED replacement I would love to see a picture and info.

I have the '04 Monaco Knight. Where did you find the pre-installed wiring in the wheel wells? I, too, would love to see any pix you have of the intallation process, if you have any. A set of light side and rear are probably my next upgrade after getting rid of the bedroom TV and finishing the cabinet off with a matching door.

Here are two pictures of the docking lights I installed on the MH. I bought them off ebay from a dealer and thought they were sold individually so I order two. They were sold as a pair and I ended up with four. Pulled the paint code off the coach, painted the lights and cut a templet from cardboard to fit the wheel wells. Since I had a cardboard templet, and two extra lights, I wired these to the backup lights. Never can have enough light backing into a strange location after dark.

Jim, I can say the lights used in the pictures do work fantastic. They are common factory installed on toy haulers. my Weekend Warrior had 2 on the side and worked great
