Thanks for the data. Pretty sure we know what hub you need but I want to do a little more checking.

Your front hubs on your Dana Spicer 1200 lb steer axle is the same as on my Dana Spicer 1400 lb axle. That number CR 1311 stamped on the outer edge of your now plastic grease hub cap is the key in crossing it over. So with Bill Willard's help as to what he has installed and that number I called Stemco and they crossed it over the CR1311 number to an direct replacement oil bath hub part number 340-4024 which is also what Bill has installed. The 340 prefix designates it as a wet hub and not a grease hub.

The 340-4024 is a 4 1/2" bolt circle, 6 bolts, 5/16" bolts that is 2 5/8" high on the outside. The hub will come with everything needed such as gaskets. The only thing else they would need is new inner oil seals.

The average cost of pulling the hub off and cleaning all the grease out of the hub and bearings, installing new inner seals, and bolting on the hubs will be somewhere around $300 to $325. The hubs are about $26 each. You would have to either get them from a local Stemco distributor or off the internet.

For those reading this the tag axle wet hubs which have a 5 1/2" bolts circle, 6 bolts, 5/16" bolts is a part number 340-4009

If you call Stemco and give them your zip code they can tell you who sells them close to your. The seal should be pretty standard and all they have to do is to look at the number stamped on them and get the same.
