Is it on the leveling jacks? Is the tire flat? Did the ground sink? Can you post a picture?

How was it leveled (Air bags, Hydraulic Jacks, Electric Jacks)

Air bags, Unless they are perfectly air tight can very very slowly leak, if the batteries are dead the compressor (Which is electric) can not re-inflate them.. I would charge batteries, air them back up and look for leaks.. I mean, I have seen air bags hold pressure for like years without leaking so though slow leaks are not uncommon.. There is no reason not to fix them.

Hydraulic jacks do not need electricity to "Hold" and should not leak.. Look for any evidence of fluid on the ground under the rig.. Start with the jack pad (Leaking seal on jack) then follow the hose, "Retract all jacks" (As though hitting the road) and check the fluid level in the tank.. If full, then you have bad valves. If not have someone look under the rig for leaking fluid as you attempt to raise the rig.

NOTE: DO NOT GO UNDER THE RIG WHEN DOING THIS.

Electric jacks I'd suspect a ground fault. (Sinkhole)
