Neubie travel club/campground questions

First rv 37' diesel with toad going full time(with lovely wife) in Sept. Are there review sites by RVer's for camp sites? Planning on staying anywhere from one week to a couple weeks depending on how we like the area. First trip will be from home (San Diego) up the coast into Oregon to see natl. parks and whatever gets our attention. Trying to be very budget conscious which is the reason for the toad so that we can avoid pricey camp grounds by just hopping into the toad. Open to anything starting from boondocking to a treat every now and again to a rv resort or motel with a pool and a hot tub.
As always thanks in advance for all replys.

For the budget, check out the Apps by Allstays.

Each state has websites for their state parks, Oregon and Washington are very good.
The feds have one too, Federal recreation, camping and tour reservation information - Recreation.gov

Google also has many links to camping resources, get familiar with their offerings in places you think you want to visit.
