Hi Rick! I am a member of S.M.A.R.T. too. We've been to Alaska and the Maritimes with S.M.A.R.T. Caravans. They are by far the least expensive caravans today. One does not have to be Active or Retired military, anyone with an honorable discharge is invited join.
