I'm going to join Weight Watchers again tonight. It does work but always great to have like people to share hints with. Thought it would be great to get a RV2 dieters group going to combine our RVing hobby with something not quite as enjoyable (giving up sweets). Anybody else interested?

I'm not kidding...I did EXACTLY the same thing right before I logged on to this forum...geez. Why don't I learn? But it seems I really have to spend more time paying attention and exercising (duh) but apparently I can't do it subconciously, I've gotta write it down like a 2 yr old!

Great idea. I need to get myself back to WW, but just can't seem to get my act together. New RVer ... have yet to go on my maiden voyage. (other than driving it home 12 hours) - Hopefully will learn best ways to cook and plan healthy for trips - will mostly just be me and my dogs.

Good luck on the WW journey. Sometimes resisting can be awfully tough!

I tried for years to lose weight and nothing seemed to work. I finally found the secret so I wrote how to do it to share it with my friends. They were all so surprised when I went from 210 down to 180 and then down to 170 until I hit 160 and then they and my doctor told me to start eating! I eat as much as I want and eat good everyday. Here my friends is how you do it:

Enjoy!

Lost 4.4 the first week. Had to miss the next week because there was no meeting on July 4th. Went camping with 2 friends and seven dogs last weekend and ate pancakes and smores so didn't go on Monday. I am back on track now so will keep ypu posted. It's so hard in the summer, the dog grooming and petsitting is so busy it's hard to find time to cook correctly. By the weigh (pun intended) the Skinny Cow and Klondike 100 cal ice creams are delicious.
