Does anyone have any information and patterens for bracelets made from parachute cord? Sometimes called deployment bracelets.
I canvased the Google and found everyone making them, then I found a brief discusion about how to make them, but it was very little help.
I could buy them but I think it would be more fun to make them.

This Paracord bracelet with a side release buckle should help -- enjoy and post pictures of the completed project. I'll take one -- old airdrop rigger.

Thanks John.
Thought this might be something to keep me busy on these long cold nights-I can't stand many more reruns.
I'll make yours Red,White and Blue
Larry

Thanks Larry -- informative site, shame they 'charge' for the information, beyond the brief summary provided. Just kidding about "I'll take one..." You enjoy and post pictures of your completed bracelets.

I learned a lot of uses of a Parachute once you used it. Mostly from survival training in the Navy. We were taught how to make a smoker to preserve meat. A lean too. A hammack. A catcher of rain water. Mostly when ejecting behind enemy lines. But never a bracelet.

My best girlfriend's mom's wedding dress was made from her dad's parachute.
