Saw the other thread on cigars and thought about what you like to sip on while puffing. We just had some friends over from Gernany and they had some nice tasting Scotch. We polised it off and threw the bottle out so I dont know the name.

Well, personally, I like a 15 year old Ben Riach.

I bet it wasn't a German blend. If it was, it probably wasn't scotch.

I just think that Germans like the taste of Scotch and they're closer to its makers then us.
Me?? ... i'm a simple sort of feller and i like the taste of beer.

Basel Hayden bourbon suits me. Just splash it on a few ice cubes is all.

And the cigar is a great mosquito repellant.

I usually smoke one a day and do not drink anything but maybe water most of the time. On the weekend I usually will drink a few beers while having a great cigar and watching the races. On occasion I have had company that would offer high octane like Jack Daniels (distillery is close by).
