I like ours. I replaced all three leveling valves and corrected the ride height. I also have new Konis going on soon (as soon as I get the time) and My wife and I both feel it rides well.

I will say that the Spartan Chassis' seem to ride lower than Freightliners. Perhaps it is the Alping-GT versus the Mountain Master or K2. I know that It does sit lower than some with the air bags up fully but that is just how it is. It is fairly smooth going down the road too. I don't know if the 8 air bag coaches ride any better or if the additional bags are for added weight carrying capacity.

FWIW, our coach is about 22,000#, +/- 26,000# loaded going down the road so it is comparably light as far as DP's go.

If you can post more info, it would help. I have the original Bilstein gas shocks but as I said they are being changed out to Koni FSB's soon. I also have four (4) airbags, one at each corner of each axle rounding out the suspension.

My coach is also rated at a max. GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of 26,000#.

My front axle is an I-beam while the rear is a BIG Spicer AF240 or something similar. I also have four large air-drum brakes and the ubiquitous air actuated parking brake release system.

My retractable leveling jack system is a semi-automatic (you have to hold the button) Bigfoot hydraulic system.

My tires and wheels are 10 hole (lug) 22.5" diameter with Goodyear G149 tires.

My coach is a 36 footer but is actually 36'-10" so close to your 37 footer.

One of the things that I wanted to know is the chassie rating between the Mountain master, Mount Master GT and where does the Alpine stand with them ie. which is the top grade Mountain Master or the GT or the Alpine.

You got me on that one. I believe that the MM is a later model from the Alpine-GT. The Alpine-GT came on predominately 36-38 fool coaches with the MM taking over after the Alpine-GT was discontinued. That being said, the best way to get the "skinny" is to contact Spartan directly. They are very friendly and will help as much as possible.
