This is what is on current coach and toad both are 1/4” but a little different tip than normal. The 17 we are looking at is used and 6 months old. Hopefully when we arrive the original owner can show me the adapter for fitting that came with chassis. Having a difficult time communicating with elder gentleman selling MH, but I respect my elders and will hopefully figure it out before we get there next week to pick up MH. Attached is what is current.[ATTACH]180432Click image for larger version

Those appear to be the same disconnects that Roadmaster uses.
Since the coach is a used 17 MA I don't think it came with the Spartan air system and quick disconnect. So yes you will probably just have to wait and see what it show up with.

Spartan sent me the air system pdf file. It was built 03/2017 and does include toad/stacker braking system. The plug by hitch is proportional to air brakes. There is also an air line in engine compartment and by generator in front that will be equal to air compressor output.

Good deal, I would try to get the mating end that will be on the trade in's toad vehicle's air line. Also Spartan should be able to provide the matching connection.

Those fittings are all available from Roadmaster as I just installed this entire system on my 2000 Dutch Star

I don't think Roadmaster will be the same as what Spartan is using.

Correct, left the connection side alone on air hose to jeep, just unscrewed roadmaster air fitting to MH side and placed a 1/4” threaded to normal air fitting. Plugs right into MH and as wife hits MH brakes you can see Brakemaster doing its thing.

Are talking about your current DS or the LD you were trading for in your original post of 9/30?

No we sold the 15 DS for a pristine 17 LA. It came on a Spartan K3 Chassis wit toad braking pre-plumbed. On air hose that came with roadmaster brakemaster just changed coach side of hose (male) to normal air fitting, such as used on home air compressor sized fittings.

Can anyone tell me if the 2018 Newmar Dutch Star are pre plumbed for air braking system (for the toad). I am looking to order a Dutch Star and already have Air Force One on my toad

From the info I have from Spartan only on Mountain Air and up.
But I would check with your dealer for sure. You didn't say what chassis so that may made a difference.
