94 Spartan Chassis Wiring Diagram

I have a 94 holiday rambler on a Spartan chassis. I need the wiring diagram please, if anyone can help! It doesn’t start, it isn’t getting power to the electronic gear selection pad, there are 3 red wires coming out of it, two have power, one doesn’t, it goes back towards the back of the motorhome, the one without power on it! I need to know if it supposed to have power on it! I didn’t want to put power on it and possibly blow a computer! I am told that this has the have power to get to the starter... this is my first motorhome experience. Lights on dashboard come on, no start! Any help greatly appreciated. See if any of these will help. I have collected a partial book of chassis, harness, and dash schematic. I have a 1994 HR Navigator with Allison/Cummins power train

Do you lights on the transmission come on when you turn the ignition key on?
I had this problem - turn the key on and everything would come on as normal. The transmission keypad would come on momentarily or maybe stay on until I turn the key. I dealt with this, intermittent problem for about 5 years. (work sometimes not other times)
This is a problem with the transmission ECU. Sent mine to "Transmission Instruments" in Texas, and they rebuilt for about $500.
