The solenoid is often on the front wall under the windshield, accessed by raising the 'hood' or pulling out the generator slide if your RV is so equipped. Look for air lines under the front and follow them. The air horn air lines also most likely come down the A-pillar in the front corner and meet in front of the driver's position.

Let us know if you found it. My airhorns were not working and it ended up being the ground on that solenoid. I removed and cleaned where it was anchored to ground and it started working.
