I have a recently purchased 1994 Gulfstream Scenic Cruiser 34' MH on a Spartan EC2242 chassis. I need some advice/instruction on replacing brake rotors and pads.It has Stemco hub lubricators. This is my first experience with heavier duty mechanics, and I'm in a rather remote area in AZ, a long way from a shop, so I'm trying to do this myself. I need to know, to get the rotors off, in what order do the individual parts need to be removed ? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to get any advice from Spartan in this.

you are definitely going to need a manual of some sort to tackle this kind of job. i bought my workhorse chassis manual on a cd from the workhorse website for $100. they sent me a small printed manual with it. check the internet, you should be able to buy a chassis manual for your moho from someone.
you are also going to need some heavy duty tools. i recently purchased a 3/4 inch drive 600# torque wrench part number 3293-6vga and a 3/4 inch socket set part number 40996-3vga from HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS for $222, including ups shipping.
i don't know the torque on your wheel lug nuts but mine is 450 foot pounds. you cannot use 1/2 inch drive tools safely with this kind of torque.

PS speaking of safety, get some heavy duty jack stands. i got my 12 ton jack stands from JC WHITNEY. harbor freight has them too. i don't know if 12 tons on the rear axle is enough capacity for your rig. this safety part should have been first in this post, not in a ps!
ANOTHER PS: check out: www.spartanchassis.com/mh/mhcontspr.asp.
spartan chassis cust svc: 517.543.6400
email: info@spartanchassis.com

they have an owners club that may be of some help.
i bought a nissan manual on cd from service technical publications in 2002. if memory serves, it was almost $200. phone# is 1.866.428.2278
welcome to irv2 and plz keep me posted on your progress.
