Air leak problem ?

I been noticing the front always lowers with in a hours or so and than my air tanks are also empty in that time. No problems when running down the road. So i went under there today and notice air coming from PIC attached (coming out thu the little pin hole on the bottom. It is located on the top side of the tank. Not sure what this part is called or if air should be coming from it thank you for any help.

That appears to be your low air shutoff valve going to your suspension. Its a safety feature in the event of air pressure failure due to major leak in suspension will shut off air to suspension so as not to loose bracking. Cheap fix pick up a new at any truck dealer under $50.00

wpcobra,
I believe that is the "Pressure Protection Valve".
If it is, it has specific values for opening (75 psi) and closing (70 psi).
If it is the same as in my coach, it is a Haldex valve Part # 90554107, about $50.00.
