Air Tank/drain location 2005 Dutch Star

Hi there,

Bought a 2005 Dutch Star and trying to familiarize myself with it. Is there anyone out there with the same model that could steer me toward the air tank drain locations??

On my Freightliner chassis( even though I was the 3rd owner ) the lanyards for remote pull of the drains had never been extended; found them coiled up on the tanks, when servicing the gen set.

A phone call to Spartan Motor Home support
1-800-543-4277 have your serial number handy, should provide you with an answer, have them e mail you an air system diagram. That info is very handy.

I have a 2005 Dutch star 4009 on a Spartan chassis mine are located just in front of the passenger tire (front end) it helps to turn your wheels to the right to find them there should be 3 loops just pull and the tanks purge

The lanyards on my 2005 MADP were extended, but wrapped around an airline so they were difficult to pull. There is a loop (like on a keychain) that is used to attach the lanyards to the drain valves. I disconnected the lanyards and rerouted them to facilitate draining of the tank.
