It sounds like you may have other issues. First check your tires. Out of round, flat spots, 6 or more years old tires and even tire pressure all need to be checked. Wheel bearing and steering system could also cause poor ride. You check your shocks by pulling one end down and then move shock up and down to see if there is internal leaks which let shock not do it's job. Tom 04 Essex

Rexhall Anthem rough ride

You could also check you airbag height. Spartan will image and email the docs.
If your suspension height is even a little high, it can make your coach ride like a buck board. Our Rexhall American Clipper, Spartan Summit chassis,
has the older style Red Koni shocks with 3 positions. It rides pretty hard on all three, IMO.

Tire pressure can make a difference too.

We must have a newer version of the red Koni's (about 5 years old) as they have 5 positions on the adjustment.
