Bussman and Dipstick Failure

Talked to Spartan re Bussman!! I got the same answer as most re the 2000 miles.' Your coach has more than 2000 miles so you "should" be OK.

When he confirmed VIN he said my coach was not in recall.

I am still gonna keep a close watch for overheating. I have not located exactly where the Bussman is but Spartan said it will likely be in the the compartment with power chord transfer switch etc. and not in the battery comp. In this comp it will be less likely to get wet.

Dipstick issue!!! He asked if it 'was' leaking at this time. It is not!!
So he said with 12000 miles on coach 'IF' it was going to fail it would have by now and as it is not leaking they will not replace it under warranty 'But' I could purchase the new and improved dipstick with the heat shield.

So something else to keep a watch on!!!
