Hi kenenders,
The bulk of automotive fuses are in the left side front basement bay which is in front of the left wheel and below the driver. There may also be automotive fuses in the bay that houses the shore power cord. Those fuses are located behind a panel that must be removed to see them. The panel can be held on with velcro or screws, it depends on year and model.

Kenenders: On my 2000 Caribbean I kept blowing the 5 amp fuse located below the drivers compartment. Finially found that the allison NSBU switch (nuetral, safety backup switch) had gotten moisture in it after driving through a heavy rainstorm in Atlanta. replaced the old style with the new improved one and cruise control is working again. Hope this helps.

Something really simple, have you checked your brake lights. If they aren't working, the cruise control won't engage.

fxdave: I have the spartan summit chasis with the allison 5 speed. From what I've read on the allison forum this is a common problem for my transmission.
