dash lights

Got a new to us '99 gs tourmaster. What turns on the dash lights - tach, speedometer, fuel, oil, etc?

Got caught out tonight and head and running came but no dash except to the trip and odometer

I'm not familiar with this model, but have you tried rotating the headlight switch yet?

Should have a dash light dimmer switch or roller type to control bright and dim

Yep, the headlight switch rotates but no "workie". Bad potientimeter
