ECO Cruise Control

For a 1995 Beaver Trenton, can anyone enlighten me as to where the heck the "cast aluminum box" (so described in the wiring diagram) is located? It houses the "brain" for the ECO cruise control.

I've looked in the side-mounted shift tower adjacent to where the CC controls are located, but no luck.

Also, are parts still available for this brand? If not what are my options regarding a retrofit?

Thanks

Andy

Our DSDP (Spartan) has it located under the Front hood in an Electrical Panel!

Are you asking about the actuator or the brain box? On my coach they mounted the actuator above the transmission in a miserable to get at location and ran the cable to the throttle from there. The Brain box is located on the front drivers side just above the floor. Econocruise is out of business and as far as I know parts are a salvage yard only item. There is a company that has a complete replacement for the original cruise control if needed. Cruise Controls for Diesel engines. So far mine still works. Good luck on your search, Ed.

Ed, it's the "brain box" I'm searching for. I've taken off the cover for the side-wall mounted shift tower and the only black box in there appears to be the leveller (HWH) controller. Thanks so much for the link to a possible replacement. I may have to go that way if the potential source for Eco parts I was told about does not pan out.
Rob, there's no electrical "panel" under my Patriot's front hood, just some not-totally-identified vacuum lines a vacuum accumulator and other small "gadgets" that are still on my learning curve to figure out.
