Electric Issue - 2009 Spartan K3 Chassis - Newmar KingAire

I am having some strange issues. When starting the coach, turning the key to the on position to wait for the go to turn key to start I hear a clicking noise and the dashing lights blink for about 20-30 secs and then stop. Turning the key to on and holding it, I need to wait another 10+ seconds or so before I hear the engine start to crank.

The blinking of the dash lights also happens after I shut off the engine and pull the key off. I have attached a video which shows this happening at the beginning (had to quickly get my video before it stopped) - hopefully someone on the list may have suggestions on why this may be happening?

The unit is a 2009 KingAire on a K3 Spartan Chassis w/650 Cummins.
