I ALWAYS use what the manufacturer specifies. Filters are cheap compared to repairs due to failed filters!

I also have an ISC 350hp. I don't do my chassis service myself. I've had it done at Cummins Coach Care facilities, at independent service shops, and by mobile RV service guys.

For fuel filter/fuel water separator, my normal is Fleetguard FS1022. Comparable alternatives would be Donaldson P55-1022 or Cummins 3944264 (mine has only one fuel filter, many coaches have 2 with the second one probably a different number than the first)

For Hydraulic filter all I have ever seen is Donaldson P179089

For Oil Filter my normal is Fleetguard LF9009. Comparable alternatives would be Donaldson P554000 / ELF-7300 or Baldwin BD7309
