Just had our 1,2 & 3 year checkup down at the Charlotte facility. Everything good to say about the facility, people & and their profesionalism. We were in and out in FOUR hours(they found nothing to fix after 3 years/ 45,000 miles).

Did leave them with two suggestions:

Show the customer(physically) what has been done on his coach.

Fix the entrances so the coaches do not drag their rear nameplate flaps(EVERY coach hit their flap).

Depends on what you have done. We do our own oil, fuel, & air. Had them do inspections(pretty extensive), weigh, hydraulics, & purchased the filters for just over $500.

Did you get Ride Hieght and alignment done???

Rick,

Had ride height checked-OK. No alignment as everything(tire wear, handling was-OK. Made appointment month ago-yes they are busy, coaches moving in/out quickly. Suggest arriving day before to get a electric spot and check in, they will start next day at 7AM.
