I was lubing the chassis on my 2004 DSDP, when I noticed the rubber boot for the ball joint on the pass. side had started to deteriorate. Took a picture of it and sent it to my dealer. They got back with me and said I would have to go to Lazy Days because they had the expertise and a Spartan rep. on site. Went to Lazy Days and they replaced them while I waited. I was treated good there.
It might be a good idea if you are still under warranty to visually check the boots for the ball joints. I was told that the grease that came in the ball joint caused the boot to go bad.
