HWH Great customer service

My wife was leveling the coach after I had finished some yearly maintenance, when he Jacks suddenly stopped working. We have HWH jacks, but not auto leveling. When we pushed the level button, the air would dump, and the level indicator lights would come on. When we tried to extend the jacks, the lights would go out and the panel would go dead. I could hear what I thought was the solenoid on the pump motor click before the panel lights went out.

This morning I called HWH and they had a tech call me back. Frank talked me through some troubleshooting. He said Spartan was known for having grounding problems. He had me use jumper cables to jump from the grounding stud on the side of the pump to a good chassis ground. Problem solved. I did not even try to trace the ground, I just ran a new ground.

I was impressed with HWH customer service. Frank walked me through he troubleshooting and called back promptly when I left messages.
