Infamous ball joint boot

All 4 of my ball joints on my 2007 Newmar Kountry Star were replaced under warranty about 4 years ago, due to the boots rottingAttachment 146967. While doing my annual oil change and grease ritual, I noticed that the upper right ball joint boot has split. Spartan has declined to participate in any repair. Do you folks have any suggestions on repair of this split ball joint boot?

Hmmmm, not good. Before I had mine replaced I called Spartan also and basically got no sympathy. Although I didn't really expect any.
Now I have an 04 Tbird with the same issue in spades.
Here's a suggestion,
Pretty much all of the boots are rotten but still in good condition. So I went in and cleaned them up using Brake Clean and then wrapped Resue Tape around the joint to form a new boot. Not sure yet how long it will last but i have a lot of faith in rescue tape from past uses so if it works for a year or two, I'm ahead of the game.
If you do try it, I would suggest filling the joint with grease using a needle adaptor on your grease gun and then clean the surface well, being careful of course not to admit any junk into the joint.
Attached is a photo of one of the tie rods on my bird. I just happened to have some green so I used that as an experiment. The rest will be black of course. I also put a loose tie wrap to help support the tape.

I'm kinda glad that I got a solid axle, even though a 46 degree cut vs 55.
Now, did not Spartan attend to this problem in later years and if so which year.
Even with what I have, there's some funny noises coming out from under there at times, so maybe I'll get an appointment at their facility for a looksee, this summer.

The faulty boots are on the Granning independent front suspension where the control arms attach to the wheel.

Most of the axles were the 12,000-13,000 weight rating. When they used the 14,600 and above they no longer have the troublesome ball joints.
